UCSB Engineering II

We executed a 15,182 square foot expansion project, seamlessly integrating the southwest corner of the existing Engineering II building and establishing internal connections to enhance accessibility. The first floor was thoughtfully designed to accommodate classroom and office space, while the second and third floors were dedicated to the Solid State Lighting and Display Program research laboratories, along with academic, administrative offices, and support areas. Initially targeted as a LEED Silver-rated project, Viola achieved an even higher standard, attaining a prestigious Gold rating, showcasing our commitment to sustainability and excellence.
