Viola was introduced to a new client that wanted to convert an existing storefront retail section of a mixed use building into residential apartments. Existing electrical limited the available power, so Viola provided a solution that saved time and expense of upgrading service and installing new meters current.

Details

  • Two existing two story buildings approximately 5,000 SF each with the second floor of each one occupied by tenants.
  • Convert first floor of building into residential apartments including requirements for structural, fire, life, and safety.
  • Provide new gas service through new apartments, modify plumbing, ventilation.
  • New entrances, cabinetry, flooring and other architectural modifications.
